The idea of waiving a service charge is kind of a gimmick. The labor rate will never be cheaper than the service charge with any repair company. We don’t play games. You get a competitive flat rate price that includes labor, parts, & tax. The service charge is a component of the final price.

We schedule appointments with a 2-hour arrival window of time between the hours of (10-5). We can text you or call when we are on the way to your home. Please list a good number for receiving our messages.

If we have to order a part then we ask for half of the total quoted price upfront and the other half upon job completion. This usually gives us enough money to cover the cost of the parts and is fair. We don’t charge an extra service charge for coming back to complete the repair.

We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards. We will process your card payment on the spot or we can text you a secure link and you can pay on the spot for touchless invoicing and payment.

We can text or email you a bill but we require payment at the time of service. We don’t offer any pay later options. To make that as convenient as possible we accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards.

All of our repairs are backed by a 60-day guarantee on parts and labor. For residential machines used in commercial settings, the guarantee is 30 days.

Diagnosis is something that can only be done in person, and diagnosis is the first step in determining the price of a repair. There are far too many variables to be able to give an accurate diagnosis or price over the phone. We want to be sure we are giving you 100% accurate information and for this reason, it is our policy to only quote a price once we have diagnosed your problem in person.

This simply hasn’t worked well for us in the past. Unfortunately, well-intentioned and intelligent people often have the wrong part or buy a cheap non-OEM alternative that can’t be guaranteed. We only use parts that we get from our suppliers that we can guarantee after we diagnose the machine and look up the correct part number ourselves.

Due to the rising cost of refrigerants and the high failure rate of replacing evaporators and compressors, we no longer do sealed system work. We can diagnose the problem for you and you can replace the unit or call in a sealed system specialist. 

We no longer repair microwaves, ovens, stoves, or dishwashers. We repair refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, washers, and dryers.
